The application form comes as a ZIP file containing three files:
an application form in Word document and a PDF document
(both are identical), and a text file with the address to which the completed form should be sent.
When you unzip it, it will ask for a password. This is 'G00sed4l3' (without the quotes, and
with two zeroes and a lowercase letter 'L').
Please note that you should only fill out and return the Goosedale section
to the Membership Secretary: we do not handle BMFA memberships except at the AGM.
